Matthew -19 Thoughts

Well, despite my lack of posts on every chapter, we have been keeping up with our family scripture reading every (or almost every) night. Little Bug has gotten to the point where she says things like "Jesus protects me" and "Jesus wants us to be nice". It is so fun to hear her make statements like that, sometimes randomly throughout the day and sometimes when we ask her what she knows about Jesus.

We recently read Matthew 19 and the parable of the rich young man stuck out to me. I usually focus on how he says it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven, but this time reading it I noticed that in verse 26 Jesus says "With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible" and that really stuck out to me because he's saying that the rich young man still can enter the kingdom of Heaven, through God and Christ. I never focused on that part before and I really liked it as a reminder that all things are possible with God.
